October 30th will be a great day for our City's animals!

Pet Pride Day is an annual event presented by San Francisco Animal Care & Control – San Francisco’s open-door city animal shelter - to raise public awareness of its services.  Animal Care & Control is dedicated to sheltering lost, abandoned, orphaned, injured, ill, neglected or mistreated animals; adopting out cats, dogs, small and exotic animals, birds and reptiles; responding to animal emergencies 24 hours a day year round; enforcing animal welfare laws; and investigating complaints of animal abuse. San Francisco Animal Care & Control is proud to have been the location for Animal Planet’s hit TV series, ‘Animal Cops’. Donations and other funds raised will benefit The Friends of San Francisco Animal Care & Control (FSFACC).  FSFACC is a nonprofit support organization for Animal Care & Control that raises funds to help the shelter’s animals in need.
