Today, Mayor Gavin Newsom launched the City’s Shop SF, Get More incentive program this winter for San Francisco and Bay Area residents at the Market Street Association’s 3rd Annual Snowflakes on Market lighting ceremony.  The snowflake lights decorate each pole on Market Street from 2nd to 6th Street for everyone to enjoy. A number of Market Street improvements are being made from investments from the private and public sectors including the property owners, merchants and community benefit districts along Market Street. 

“We’re working together to give a lift to our local businesses and employers this holiday season and help drive our local economic recovery,” said Mayor Newsom. “Whether you’re shopping in Union Square or our neighborhood small businesses, Shop SF, Get More showcases our City’s world-class dining, museums, events, attractions, and hotels.” Read more.
